This website, pmgplaylabs.com, is run by PMG Play Labs, India ("we"). Our company registration in India is in progress; its details will appear here once it is complete. Questions about these terms: [email protected].

Using this website

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You may browse it, play the toys on it and contact us. Please do not:

• break the law, or use the website to harm anyone;
• try to break, overload or get around the website's security, or send automated traffic or spam through the forms;
• copy, scrape or reuse the website's content, art or code, except as the law allows (for example, a short quote with credit).

The toys and prototypes

The games on this website are small, free toys and early prototypes from our lab. They are for fun, they may change or disappear at any time, and they may not work on every device. They collect nothing about how you play.

Our content

The website, its design, text, characters, art, sounds and code belong to PMG Play Labs or are used with permission. "PMG Play Labs" and our logo are ours. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them, beyond viewing the website and playing the toys.

What you send us

When you write to us, you confirm the details are yours to share. We use them as our privacy notice explains. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we are glad to read them, but we may already be working on something similar, and sending an idea does not create any obligation or agreement between us. Please do not send confidential information through the forms.

Links to other websites

If we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available, error free or suited to a particular purpose. Information about our products and services is general; any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss from using the website or the toys, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at the place of our registered office in India, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
