How we handle your information

This website collects very little about you, and only when you choose to write to us or ask to hear about a launch. Here is all of it, in plain words.

Who we are

PMG Play Labs, India ("we"), decides how this information is used (the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller under the GDPR). For anything about your information, write to [email protected]. Our company registration in India is in progress; its details will appear here once it is complete.

What we collect, and why

• The contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message.
• Notify me: your email address, which game or product you asked about, the date, and the country your connection comes from. We use them to send you one email when that game or product launches.
• Choices you make in the toy at the top of the page (theme and game) are saved in your own browser so they are there next time. They never reach us.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

On what basis

• Contact form: you send it to us so that we reply. Under the GDPR this is our legitimate interest in answering you, or a step you ask for before working with us.
• Notify me: your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to us.

Who helps us run this

• Cloudflare hosts the website and the two forms. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site safe.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google Workspace holds our email, including your message and our reply.

These services may process information outside India and outside the European Economic Area. We use them only for the purposes above, under their data protection terms, which include safeguards for international transfers such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: for as long as we are talking with you, then up to 24 months, unless the law requires longer.
• Notify me addresses: until we send the launch email, then deleted.

Your rights

At any time, by writing to [email protected], you can:

• get a summary of the information we hold about you and who we shared it with;
• have it corrected, completed, updated or deleted;
• withdraw your consent (for example, leave a Notify me list);
• nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself;
• in the European Union or the United Kingdom, also ask us to limit or stop using it, or to give it to you in a portable form.

We acknowledge every request within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, in the European Union or the United Kingdom, to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our forms are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Changes

If we start collecting anything new, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
